His real estate career began eight years ago after he and his wife Ceil moved to Scottsdale following the relocation of his manufacturing field to Southeast Asia. The career change into Arizona real estate was a natural for Frank.

Frank is a graduate in engineering from the University of Tennessee and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from California State University at Long Beach.
